Proceed with the repair

If you approve the work, the diagnostic/inspection fee is waived and folded into the repair cost. There is no extra visit charge once the repair is underway.

No Fix = No Fee

If we attempt the repair and genuinely cannot restore the device, there is no repair charge and no diagnostic fee. This is our no-fix, no-fee promise.

  • No repair charge if the fault is unfixable
  • No diagnostic fee when the attempt is unsuccessful
  • You keep the diagnosis findings for next steps
03Visit fee applies

You decline the quote

If you hear the diagnosis and choose not to proceed, the visit fee applies. This covers technician time, travel, and the diagnostic work already completed.

What customer pays

₹200 diagnostic fee

  • Covers engineer time and travel
  • Applies after the quote is declined
  • Payment is only for the visit itself

If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic/inspection fee is waived and folded into the repair cost. If we attempt the repair and genuinely cannot fix the device, there is no fee and no repair charge. If you decline the quoted repair after hearing the recommendation, a diagnostic visit fee of up to ₹200 applies to cover technician time and travel.

  • Board-level and component repairs performed by our technicians
  • Workmanship on the repair itself for up to 180 days
  • Tested performance after the repair is completed
  • Proper documentation and follow-up support on the ticket

Exceptions

  • Physical damage or new faults after the device is returned
  • Liquid ingress or accidental impact after repair completion
  • Unrelated faults not caused by the completed repair
  • Customer-side damage, misuse, or later software issues not linked to the job

Common questions about diagnostic fees & visits

Our engineers travel to your doorstep in Noida and NCR with diagnostic tools, meters, test panels, and parts. The fee covers the engineer's travel and tested diagnostic time when you choose not to proceed. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee is fully waived.
