How does doorstep repair work?

Book a slot online. A technician visits your address in Noida / NCR with diagnostic tools and common OEM parts. Most card-level faults are repaired on site. If the board needs microscope / micro-soldering work, the unit is taken to our Sector 62 hub under a logged chain of custody, then returned.

Do you use original (OEM) parts?

Yes. Doorstep and hub repairs use OEM or equivalent specified components — not generic parts-swaps. That is the point of component-level work: replace the failed IC, MOSFET, or interface, not the whole assembly, unless the board requires it.

What if my laptop can't be fixed?

There are three clear outcomes: (1) if you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic/inspection fee is waived and folded into the repair cost; (2) if we attempt the repair and genuinely cannot fix the device, there is no fee and no repair charge; (3) if you decline the quoted repair after hearing the recommendation, a diagnostic visit fee of up to ₹200 applies to cover technician time and travel. We currently service non-Mac laptops only.

Why is there a diagnostic fee if I decline the quote?

Our engineers travel to your doorstep in Noida and NCR with diagnostic tools, meters, test panels, and parts. The fee covers the engineer's travel and tested diagnostic time when you choose not to proceed. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee is fully waived.

What does 'No Fix = No Fee' mean if a diagnostic fee exists?

When we attempt the repair and it is genuinely not fixable, you pay ₹0. There is no repair charge and no diagnostic fee. The fee only applies if you decline a successful quote after the diagnosis is complete.

When do I pay for the repair?

You pay after the repair is completed, tested, and demonstrated to you on-site. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and cash as available. If you decline the quote, the visit fee applies before or at the time of the visit.

How long is the warranty?

Repairs carry a 180-day warranty on the actual work performed. Physical damage, liquid ingress after return, and unrelated faults are not covered. Warranty terms are confirmed on the job ticket for the specific repair performed.

How long does a typical repair take?

Doorstep visits run on booked windows (including an urgent 45–60 minute response when available). Many on-site board-level jobs finish in the same visit. Hub micro-soldering depends on the fault and parts — we confirm turnaround after diagnosis. Exact same-day guarantees are not published yet.

What areas do you serve?

Doorstep coverage is Noida and the wider NCR. Lab work is done at the Sector 62, Noida hub. If you are outside this area, book anyway and we will tell you whether a visit or drop-off is possible.

Do you handle software as well as hardware?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Same ticket, same technicians: Windows install/reimage, malware removal, OEM drivers, BIOS/firmware flash, backup/migration, and performance tune. Software is not outsourced. Non-Mac laptops only.
